1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using DimPlan (the "Service"), operated by DimLFace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use DimPlan. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us promptly at dimplan@zohomailcloud.ca if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the trips, notes, images, and other content you create on DimPlan ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it solely to operate the Service for you and your invited collaborators.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy, or contains malware.
  • Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access in ways that overload our systems.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal on your Profile page. Refunds are handled at our discretion and in line with applicable law.

7. Third-party services

DimPlan integrates with third-party services including Google Maps, Google OAuth, Apple OAuth, and Stripe. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, Your Content may be permanently deleted.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DimLFace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DimLFace is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Replace this section with your actual governing jurisdiction before launch.
